We believe that your privacy should not be compromised.
Western does not, has not, and will not sell confidential information on any of our customers. We know that our customers expect the information they give us to remain confidential. In fact, keeping information confidential is nothing new to us. We have reinforced the importance of confidentiality for years.

We will limit the use and collection of information about our customers to that which is necessary to administer to your needs, to provide superior service, to create convenience and more choices, to create and/or offer opportunities that we think will be of interest to customers, and to administer to our business. We also gather information to comply with laws and regulations that govern the financial services industry.
One of the most important reasons we gather information is to protect you. We need to be able to identify you and your products and services to prevent access by unauthorized persons. This is why we may ask to see identification or ask you for your social security number or other information to verify your identity. We will use information only in accordance with the principles set out in this policy.
EMPLOYEE ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND ENFORCEMENT
The Bank limits employee access of customer personal information to only those Bank employees with a business reason for knowing such information.
SAFEGUARDING THE SECURITY OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION
The Bank is committed to the security of your financial and personal information. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you and only provide it to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable federal standards and regulations to protect your nonpublic personal information.
RESTRICTIONS ON DISCLOSURES OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION
The Bank will not disclose any non-public personal information obtained in our course of business except as required or permitted by law. Permitted or required disclosures include, but are not limited to, information provided to consumer reporting agencies (credit bureaus) and others who need to know that information to assist us in providing our services to you. In these situations we stress the confidential nature of the information shared.
We will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice even after your account is closed or becomes inactive.

We continually strive to maintain complete and accurate information about you and your accounts.
