Customer Service Announcments

Notice! New Hours

Western Bank continually looks for ways to better serve our customers. In the past 10 years, one way we have done this is by making a considerable investment in new technologies to bring added conveniences that save you time and money.

Now you can have payments direct deposited into your accounts, transfer money between accounts, wire money, pay bills and taxes, etc. right from your desk top at work or home 24 hours a day without ever going into our bank lobbies or drive-thru lanes. With our recent introduction of remote deposit, some business customers don't even have to come to our bank facility to deposit their checks anymore.

Because of all these additional conveniences, our lobby and drive-thru customer traffic has dropped off considerably at certain times of the week, and we have decided to make a few changes to some of our lobby and drive-thru hours to accommodate this decrease in customer demand. Based on a study of our customers' traffic patterns we believe these changes will cause minimal disruption to our customers. The changes will take effect on Monday, October 2nd, 2006 and are as follows:

Maplewood, Mounds View, Oakdale and St. Paul Locations:
Lobby Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Drive-thru Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Edina Location:
Lobby Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Drive-thru Hours: Building has no drive-thru

Minneapolis/Prospect Park Location:
Lobby Hours: Monday-Friday, Noon - 5:00 p.m.
Drive-thru Hours: Building has no drive-thru

If, at any time, you find that these hours are not workable for you, you are invited to contact your banker. Under certain circumstances, it is possible that s/he could meet with you by appointment. Deposits can also be made at designated ATMs or by using our Night Drop Deposit Services. Night Drop deposits are processed early the next morning.
