Consumer Deposit Application Instructions
Current Customer Option 1
If you are currently a customer at Western Bank the easiest way for you to open up an additional checking or savings account would be to contact your banker or customer service through your online banking account or via phone at 651-290-8100. Western's automated system provides us with most of the information needed to accomplish this for you. We will handle everything.
Current Customer Option 2
If you are a current customer and would prefer to meet face-to-face, download this Personal Account Pre-Application PDF, print the form, complete everything except the signature section and the section "for Bank Use Only" and call your banker to set up a meeting time. Office locations and phone numbers are listed below.
New Customer Option
If you are not a current customer of Western Bank we can help you open an account if you meet with one of our bankers in person. A face-to-face meeting is required so that we can obtain the necessary identification documentation from you (e.g. valid drivers license, etc.) and to obtain your original signature for our files.
Download the Personal Account Pre-Application PDF, print the form, complete everything except the signature section and the section labeled "for Bank Use Only" and come to our nearest bank location to meet with a banker. Calling ahead to make an appointment would be advantageous.
